Only the Quarterly and Annual plans include a guarantee.
If, during the subscription period, the Profit Tracker of Player Props does not show a positive balance in units, a full refund will be provided for the amount paid.
Profit: You are considered to have made a profit if your total balance in units is positive at the end of the subscription period (quarterly or annual), as shown by the Profit Tracker.
• To request a refund under the guarantee, you must send an email to Player Props support within 7 days after the end of your subscription period.
• Include a screenshot or report from the Profit Tracker (from the date of payment to the end of the subscription period) showing your gains/losses during the subscription period.
• The support team will review your claim within 14 business days.
• If the claim is valid, a full refund of the subscription amount will be issued.
• The guarantee only applies to picks provided by Player Props and not to additional bets made by the user outside of Player Props recommendations.
• The user must use the Profit Tracker provided by Player Props for all bets made during the subscription period.
• Only one unit must be bet on each pick; this cannot vary.
• All picks sent by Player Props through the provided link must be bet on.
• The subscription period is from the payment date to the end of the contracted period.
• Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the subscription.
• The user must follow all betting rules provided by Player Props.
• All picks provided by Player Props must be recorded in the Profit Tracker.
Users must keep accurate records of their bets as proof in the event of a claim.
If Player Props discovers that a user is sharing picks with non-paying customers, the guarantee will be void.
Users must comply with all terms and conditions to be eligible for the guarantee.
All picks are selected using algorithms and statistics. While we strive to provide accurate and beneficial picks, this does not guarantee a profit. Betting always involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
