To determine if your Player Props Elite membership is eligible for a refund:
Check the Profit Tracker from the start of your membership to the end. If there are no positive units (wins) during that period, you are entitled to a full refund of the membership cost.
Remember that the refund request must be made within the established timeframe and according to the platform's policies. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more details.
